• The support of our customers (focus on sales) of the classic food retailing and drugstore segment and the establishment/maintenance of long-term customer relationships for our bath cosmetics.
• The development of new sales strategies and the elaboration of POS campaigns
• The strategic development of existing customers and product listings
• The preparation and follow-up of sales and annual appraisals
• Development and implementation of a private label strategy
• The co-organization of sales promotion measures as well as the observation of the market and competitors
• The development of new sales channels
• Conceptual coordination with product management and marketing

Profile

• A degree in business administration or a completed commercial apprenticeship
• Several years of professional experience, preferably with similar or the same industry knowledge (cosmetics)
• A good feeling for customers and markets with a strong level of communication, negotiation skills and sociability
• You like to be on the road to maintain personal contact with our customers, but also love to work from our chic office or from home
• You have a structured, organized working style as well as conceptual strength and proceed goal-oriented and independently.
• You have a dynamic and team-oriented personality structure with a self-confident appearance as well as pronounced communicative and rhetorical skills

Tasks

• You are responsible for the planning, editing and management of our social media channels YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook including community management. This also includes our appearances on LinkedIn and Xing.
• You familiarize yourself with the relevant topics and are always looking for solutions to take the channels to the next level
• You continue to drive existing social media channels and open up new platforms
• You develop a social media concept and create editorial and content plans
• You answer user comments of all kinds extremely professionally and maintain the community
• You design social media strategies and implement them on the various social media channels
• You write letter rings and coordinate external agencies as well as the content creators, internally and externally
• You maintain and optimize our network of cooperation partners, content creators and influencers, actively expand it further and ensure that campaign performance is tracked.
• You keep a close eye on all campaigns and partnerships, evaluate them, create reports and develop content recommendations.

Profile

• A completed degree is not necessarily necessary, for us it is much more interesting what experience you have already gained in the various areas.
• You have an education with a focus on (online) marketing, communication sciences, media sciences, a comparable education or a completed degree.
• You have a very good platform knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc. – You are the contact person for questions about social media
• You have 2-3 years of professional experience in a comparable position in an agency or with a cool brand, have experience in planning, coordinating and controlling the various channels and campaigns,
  Lead generation and tracking processes are part of it for you

Tasks

• You stage our products for the various platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Webpage , etc.) with videos and images.
• You manage to hit exactly the right nerve of the respective users on the different platforms. You manage the balancing act between sober product demonstration videos for e.g. Amazon, unboxing videos and emotional rousing clips for Instagram or Youtube.
• You design and develop clips & photo galleries from the idea to the finished content and implement it behind the camera and during editing, with subtitles and dubbing.
• You research and create innovative, creative and target group-oriented content to captivate people and bind them to the brand and our products. You keep an eye on the marketing planning.
• You will work closely with the entire team and proactively contribute your ideas to the development and implementation of marketing plans, strategies, presentations and campaigns.
• You coordinate and brief external agencies and a team of working students who support you in content creation .

Profile

• A completed degree is not necessarily necessary, for us it is much more interesting what experience you have already gained in the various areas and how YOU have implemented the various projects in the past.
• You have at least 3–5 years of relevant (professional) experience in the field of moving images, video, cutting, photography, content creation for various platforms.
• You are fit in dealing with moving images, master editing programs, scoring, subtitles. Even a live stream does not disturb you.
